Nadine Eibel

Biography

Nadine is a young illustrator, designer freelancer and fine artist currently living in Heidelberg. An internship at the studio of the German artist and graphic designer Karl Unverzagt inspired her to start her own artwork. During her studies in communication design at the Freiburger Grafikschule she focused illustrating and drawing. Since then she developed a very special style of art which does not fit in any trend or scheme of art. The centre of her work are delicate structures - often black and white which are repeatedly used as subunits of a bigger overall picture. Nadine subtle colours her abstract mosaic surfaces or decides to leave the background completely blank in order to arouse the observer’s imagination. Since 2006 she had exhibitions at several galleries throughout Germany and could publish part of her artwork in books (FREISTIL black) and as design for a young music label (Phazz-a- Delic). In 2008 and 2009 she was also present at international group exhibitions in Switzerland and Austria.
