Amélie Lengrand

Biography

Amélie Lengrand works and lives in Paris. A graduate in architecture, she now focuses her work on illustration, design and painting. Since 2007 she has collaborated with Sophie Paumelle in LAPS, creating installations and decorative projects for large buildings. In her drawings, she seeks to recreate her dream visions. Her work is usually characteristically black and white. On this basis she sometimes adds touches of color through collage (paper and photograph) to recreate vividly contrasted images.
